Refund questions? Our policy is:
1. You can always transfer your reservation to anyone else, at any
time, with no penalty. Can't attend? Send a spouse, friend or
colleague in your place! Simply notify us in advance of the transfer
or send a written notice with the person taking your place at the
seminar.
2. We charge a 20% processing charge on all refunds.
3. If cancelled more than 45 days from the date of the seminar we
will refund your full registration fee less the processing charge.
4. Sorry, there are no refunds for cancellations less than 45 days
before the date of the seminar.
